SWEETIE PIE'S MAC & CHEESE



Servings: 12-24

Ingredients

1 lb. cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. whole milk
24 oz. evaporated milk
3 eggs

1 c. butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb. Colby cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
Salt
1 Tbsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shredded American or 1 c. mild cheddar

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Put pasta in 9x13 dish & set aside. Mix milks & eggs well. Add the butter & Colby, Monterey jack, sharp cheddar & Velveeta cheeses to pasta. Pour milk & egg mixture over pasta. Season with salt, pepper, sugar & toss. Sprinkle with remaining cups of American or cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serves 12-24.
