Seafood Cassolette

It’s the first time I’ve ever made a seafood dish … I thought it was long and complicated! Well, not at all!

Ingredients for 4 people of Seafood Cassolette

3 propoints per person ( weight watchers)

3 Smartpoints per person (weight watchers)

1 smartpopint Freedom per person (weight watchers)

-250 g frozen seafood

-1 small onion

-1 clove garlic

-1 small carrot

-1 cc of parsley

-200 g paris mushrooms

-5 tablespoons white wine

-1 tablespoon grated Gruyère cheese

-1 tablespoon of cornstarch

-1/2 litre skim milk

-10 g butter
