Breakfast Sliders

Brighten up your family's morning with these delicious mini breakfast burgers! Make it using only five ingredients and have it ready in less than thirty minutes. These sliders are the perfect meal to start your day! Also serve them for a fun weekend for your guests and family. Fill your stomachs with these hot breakfast sliders, filled with your favorite breakfast staples.


°1/2 – 1 tbsp. melted butter plus 1 tbsp for cooking the eggs
°1 sheet of butter or potato style mini breads
°12 eggs
°6 slices of cheese
°6 slices of ham

* Steps : 

Step 1: Preparing oven. Preheat it 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In the middle, cut the sandwich sheet in half to make two pieces or a sandwich sheet. In a gratin dish, place the lower half of the sandwich and set aside.
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of butter or cooking oil to a frying pan. Melting butter or heat oil on heat.
Step 4: Meanwhile, whisk eggs in medium bowl until fully blended. Pour it into the hot skillet, stirring until the eggs are completely cooked. When done, remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set them aside.
To build breakfast sliders:
Step 5: On the bread, place the ham in an even layer. Topping with the eggs, & cheese.
Step 6: Place the slider buns on the bread. Spread the melted butter evenly over the sandwich. You can also use half a cup of butter instead of 1 for a lighter version. Cover the pot with aluminum foil.
Step 7: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the sliders for about 20-30 minutes or until the butter has melted and absorbed into the rolls. 
Step 8: Remove the sliders from the oven and slice. Serve them hot.
