Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe

° 2 lb boneless round roast 
° 1 pound sweet peppers (or colored peppers)
° 2 large onions
° 2 cloves of garlic
° 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
° 12 Hawaiian rolls
° 6 slices of provolone
° 1 knob of salt pepper butter


Cutting roast as thin as possible. Put 2 teaspoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Peel also chop garlic and adding them to the pan. Peel and chop the onions and put them in a pan. Cutting off tops of peppers, cutting them in half & removing seeds. Cut into slices lengthwise and add to the pan. Covering pan and stirring, cooking for about 20 min. Take each roll and split it in half to make bread.

Place in a large skillet over medium heat until charred. Remove the bread from the skillet. Taking 1/2 slice Provolone, fold it in half & placing it on toast in pan and set aside. Repeat this for the rest rollers. Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet you used for grilling. Adding 1 tsp Worcestershire. Increase the temperature to medium-high. Adding meat & stir to no longer pink. Taking a bun. Add the meat on top with the cheese. Adding onion / pepper mix to meat and covering with other half. Add salt and pepper to taste.
