° 2 c  mini marshmallows
° 2 c coarsely chop walnuts
° 1 cup (250 ml) dried cherries + a few finely chopped for the top
° 2 3/4 (680 ml) semi-sweet dairy-free chocolate chips
° 3/4 cup (180 ml) Belsoy soy cream or coconut cream, the solid part only
° salt for sprinkling


Grease an 8 inch square pan. and line it with parchment paper, letting it hang over each side. In  bowl, placing marshmallows, nuts & dry cherries.
 In another medium bowl, place the chocolate chips. To book. In  saucepan, bring Belsoy cream to boil and direclty removing from heat.
Pour on chocolate & wait 30 sec before stir. Mix the mixture with a whisk until the chocolate is well melted and incorporated into the cream.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallow, nut and cherry mixture and mix well with a spatula until all ingredients are coated in chocolate.
Spreading preparation in mold, pressing mix well to bottom.
Garnished top with chop dried cherries & a some pinches of sel.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or put in the freezer for 1.5 hours before cutting into pieces.
