°1 tablespoon oil
°1 pound ground beef
°5 large green peppers
°1 medium onion, chopped
°1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
°1cups   rice
°15 ounces of your favorite tomato sauce
°1 teaspoon of salt

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: After washing the peppers, cut off the small amount from the bottom. This will let the peppers rest in the pan. Now cut off the tops of the peppers.
Step 3: Collect the pieces of peppers you removed from the top and bottom and chop them.
Step 4: In a skillet, heat the oil. Time hot, adding chop pepper, onion / garlic to skillet. Sauté them for a few minutes until tender.
Step 5: In skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat when done. Stir in salt, rice and a cup of sauce. Let everything heat up.
Step 6: In each pepper, lightly pour the meat mixture. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a lightly greased dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil, then place it in the preheated oven and cook the stuffed peppers for about 45 minutes. Remove the lid and resume cooking for another 15 minutes.
Step 7: When done, serve the stuffed peppers with additional sauce.
