Chicken and dumplings recipe




*ingredients:

° 2 chicken breasts
°4 tablespoons olive oil
°1 rice - 1/4 cup
°2 eggs
°2 tablespoons of flour - for the sauce
°1 egg
° 2 tablespoons chicken broth
°1 flour - 1 cup
°1 onion
° 25 cl of white wine
°1 teaspoon paprika

Cooking rice according to pack methods.

Meanwhile, install the chopper and chop the chicken and onions.

Put the meat and onions in the bowl of a food processor. Add cooked eggs and rice. Salt and Pepper. Install the k-racquet or flex racquet and operate at 1 speed.

Form meatballs and roll them in flour.

Cook the meatballs in a frying pan in very hot oil.

Removing from heat & placing on plate.

In the same skillet, add the flour and veal broth. Then add the white wine and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add cream and season with sweet pepper. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, to thicken the sauce.

Flip the meatballs.
