Chocolate-Rice-Krispie-Ball




*Ingredients :

°1/2 c  peanut butter
°3 tablespoons softened butter
°1 teaspoon of vanilla
°1 cup (250ml) Rice Krispies
°1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped pecans
°1 c  shredded coconut
°1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
°1 square of sweet chocolate

*Preperation :

Mixing all ingredients well except the chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then shape into balls.
Return to refrigerator for at least 1 hour or more.
Melt the chocolate over low heat.
Dip balls, one at a time, in chocolate and transfer to parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Freezes very well.
