Epic-Beef-Nachos-supreme




*ingredients

°Taco seasoning (or you can use one packet/serving of store-bought taco seasoning)
°1 pound minced meat
°1/2 yellow onion, cut into cubes
°2 bags of tortilla chips (16 ounces each)
°1 can of fried beans
°16 ounces shredded cheese of your choice (I used Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
°3 Roma tomatoes, cut into cubes
°2 to 3 green onions, sliced

Heat oven 400 degrees.
Meanwhile, on the stove, brown the ground beef and cut the onions into cubes over medium-high heat until fully cooked (about 8 minutes) and drain.
Returning beef to skillet, & sprinkling on taco season

Stirring in 3/4 cup water, & bring to  simmer, reduce heat & simmer to liquid has mostly evaporated, for 5 min.
While the beef is cooking, add a large layer of foil to two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spoon the fried beans, halving them onto each skillet. These are thick, but I added a spoonful full on all the chips. (A full spoon will spread with the heat of the oven.)
Spoon half the amount of ground beef onto each frying pan.
Sprinkling cheese on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with diced tomatoes and green onions.
Feet it right away.
