SAUSAGE GREEN BEAN POTATO CASSEROLE




*Ingredients (4 people):


°4 Strasbourg sausages
°600 g of potatoes
°350 gr of fresh green beans
°1 cubic
°350ml of water
°1 case of curry
°4 garlic

*Preperation:

In a frying pan, butter the minced garlic, add the sausages.


Then add the water, the cube and the curry, then pour over the beans and the potatoes.


Let simmer and serve.
