+Graham cracker crust 5 cups graham crackers, crushed
°1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
°1/2 cup sugar
+Cream Cheese Layer ~
°1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
°2 c heavy cream
°1/4 c sugar
+Pudding Layer~
°2.5 cups of milk
°2 small packages instant butterscotch pudding
+Layer of whipped cream ~
°1 cup heavy cream
°3 tablespoons powdered sugar
+Toppings (optional) ~
°Caramel ice cream topping
°Chocolate bar, shaved

Graham cracker crust~
Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Mix graham cracker crumbs, melt butter & sugar.
Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cream Cheese Layer ~
Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Adding 2 c heavy cream & beat to stiff peaks form.
Spread over cooled graham cracker crust.
Pudding Layer~
Whisk together milk and pudding mix. If too thick, add a little milk. You want it thicker than traditional pudding, but not so thick that you can't pour or smooth your pudding layer.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Layer of whipped cream ~
Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar, until soft peaks form.
Spread over pudding layer.
Chill 4 hours in refrigerator or until set.
Toppings (optional) ~
Spoon warmed butterscotch topping on top.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
