Easy Pumpkin Pancakes


°1 cup pumpkin pie filling
°2 large eggs
°2 cups of milk
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°4 teaspoons baking powder
°1 tablespoon of white sugar
°1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1 pinch ground nutmeg


Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs and pumpkin pie filling. Whisk until well blended.
Step 2: Add flour, baking powder, milk, pumpkin pie, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended and smooth.
Step 3: Placing griddle on stove and turning heat to medium-high.
Step 4: Drizzle with oil and let heat.
Step 5: Pour the batter and drop them into the hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sides are dry.
Step 6: Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes or until the color turns brown. Repeat this way until the batter is cook into pancakes.
Step 7: Placing pancakes on clean serve plate.
Step 8: Serve & enjoy!
