MEXICAN-STUFF SHELLS



*Ingredients

°1 pound beef ground
°1 pack low-sodium taco season
°4 oz. cream-cheese
°20 pasta shell
°1 1/2 c. salsa
°1 c. taco-sauce
°1 c. Cheddar cheese (or use one type of cheese)
°1 c. monterey jack cheese
+Covers:
°3 green onions
°sour cream

* Methods 

Step 1: Preparing oven. Heat it 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cook the minced meat in a frying pan until brown. Adding taco season & prepare accorde to pack directions. Now, adding cream cheese & covering pan with the lid. Let everything simmer until the cheese melts. Stirring well to mixed and set aside to cool
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the pasta following package directions. Drain when done. Laying crust individually on a cutt board 
Step 4: Into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish, pour the sauce. With 1 to 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, stuff each crust and place openly on the prepared dish. Pour taco sauce on it to covering stuffed crust. Using tin foil, put a tent on the plate. Placing in preheated oven & baking for 15 to 20 min.
Step 5: Removing lid after 15 to 20 min and sprinkling grated cheese on it. And resume baking for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese has melted. Remove from the oven when done and garnish with green onions or olives if desired. Enjoy the extra sour cream and/or sauce.
