Lemon Blueberry Icebox


°1 package (eight oz) cream cheese, softened
°1 cup (eight oz) cream
°1/2 cup cold milk
°1 package (3.four oz) vanilla instant pudding blend
°1 frozen whipped topping
°1-1/2 cups crush butter-flavored crackers (approximately 38 crackers)
°1/4 cup butter, melted
°2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling


In big bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Whsik cream; Mix well.
In a small bowl, beat milk and pudding blend on low pace for two minutes. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Stir in whipped topping.
In  bowl, integrate crackers & butter.
In a 2-1/2-qt. trifle bowl, layer 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture, breadcrumbs and pie filling. Repeat layers. Refrigerate till serving. Yield: 12-sixteen servings.
