STUFFED PEPPERS




* Ingredients : 

°4 pepper
°2 onions
°garlic 2 clove
°1 sprig parsley
°thyme
°pepper
°Salt
°3 tranches bread
°20 cl milk
°sausage
°250 g of sausage meat (from the butcher, not from the manufacturer)
°250g ground beef
°1 egg

STEP 1

Finely chopping onions, garlic & parsley.
2ND STEP

Dip the bread in lukewarm milk to soften it.
STEP 3

Mix the bread/milk mixture with all the other ingredients.
STEP 4
Washing peppers & hollow them out (from the top).
STEP 5
Stuff the peppers and put them in a baking dish.
STEP 6
Bake at 200° for 1 hour. Flip halfway through cooking. Enjoy your lunch !
