Taco Pie


°1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
°1 packet taco seasoning
°1 (4.5 oz) green bell pepper, diced
°1/2 cup sauce
°1 c shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 c bisquick mix
°1 c milk
°3 eggs
°Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
°finely chopped coriander

* Methods : 

Preheat oven 400°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
Put a frying pan over a medium heat and brown the minced meat until the pink color disappears. Drain any fat and season the meat with the taco seasoning.
Add green pepper and sauce and stir. Transfering mix to prepared pie plate &; spread. Sprinkling cheddar cheese on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together biscuits, milk, and eggs. Pour over beef and cheese.
Bake until the surface is golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
