WOULD ANYONE EAT THIS FRIED CABBAGE (WITH BACON, ONION, AND GARLIC)



*Ingredients
 
°1 package (1 pound) bacon, finely chopped
° 1 teaspoon olive oil
° 1 medium onion, chopped
° 2 garlic cloves, minced
° 2 pounds diced cabbage
° ½ teaspoon of salt
° ½ t ground black pepper
° t red pepper flakes

* Methods 

Placing bacon in  skillet and cooking on medium-high heat, stir occasionally, to browned also crispy, 7 to 10 min. Drain bacon tranches on paper towel also removing most of bacon fat from pan.
Add the oil to the skillet and heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion has softened and become translucent, about 5 minutes. Adding cabbage, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes; cook & stir to cabbage is tender, 10 to 15 minutes. If you prefer a more tender cabbage, cover the pan while cooking to give it a little steam.
Crumble the bacon into the skillet and toss with the cabbage until well blended.
